Italian Sausage Breakfast Casserole
This breakfast casserole recipe is full of flavorful Italian pork sausage, eggs and cheese. It's seriously easy to put together, making it perfect for lazy Sunday mornings, or making ahead for a brunch!

Ingredients

  • (1 lb.) Ground Italian Sausage
  • (10) Eggs - Chicken
  • (1/2 cup) Milk
  • (1 1/2 cup) Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • (1 cup) Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
  • (1/2 tsp) Salt
  • (1/2 tsp) Pepper
  • (1 stalk) Green Onion Diced

Directions

1. Cook the ground sausage in a large skillet on medium until cooked through. Set aside the brown sausage.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.

3. In a large bowl, combine egg, milk and shredded cheese. Add seasoning of choice.

4. Spray a large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer the hash browns on the bottom of the dish.

5. Layer the cooked sausage over the potatoes.

6. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish.

7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is firm and cooked through.

8. Top with diced green onions and serve warm.
